1. Done For You Property Investing
This is BY FAR the least stressful way to invest in property, as we take the majority of the stress for you.
It's a completely* handsfree way to invest in property, we source your ideal property, we take care of any refurbishment or cosmetic work required and the we hand it over to a Letting Agent to manage for you (or hand it over to you if you are going to self-manage property).
You also get regular updates on how your project is progressing throughout the entire process, and you are involved in every major decision.

2. Property Sourcing
With this service we find the property for you then hand it over to you.
It's then down to you to deal with the finances, the legals and find a Letting Agent, manage it yourself or find
someone to manage it for you.
3. Property Flipping
If you want a quicker Return On (your) Interest (ROI), our Property Flipping Service is the perfect solution. We source the property, carry out the refurbishment then we can either hand it over to you to sell or we can sell it through one of our trusted Agents.
4. Portfolio Building
If you are looking to start building a property portfolio or expand your existing one, we can help with that too.

Having started my working life as a Plumbing & Heating Engineer, I've always had a love for all things property and construction. After completing my apprenticeship I joined the Military as an Electronics Technician. During my 15 years of service I discovered I had a knack for planning and executing complex tasks. This is a skill that I have developed over the years since leaving the forces, having led technical and non-technical teams on a variety of projects in a variety of industries.
